Nov 18, 2008 - Great commercial but rude personnel on a recent flight from LAX to BNA. So rude I'd rather be strapped to the wing of their competitors. Spend less dollars on ads and do something about the poor service, rude flight attendants and miserably uncomfortable seating. An ad might get us on the plane once but doesn't make for a loyal customer-base.

Nov 18, 2008 - I was on a QFA flight from BNE and the flight from LAX-SFO was to be fun by AAL. they cancelled and put me on a flight that left 10 mins after i arrived from brisbane. so of course no luggage when i finally got to seattle.. That was horrible! 13hr flight then i had to deal with american's cancel. never had much luck with AAL but understandable. :D

Nov 18, 2008 - Let me guess mhcblues22. You had bad experience with AA. Therefore you hate them. Best case scenarios the employees were incapable of fitting your needs. For example lost your bag, uncomftorable seating, poor catering, etc. If you hate the airline, hate the managment. Don't blame the employees for your bad experience, they'er just doing their job.
