Nov 18, 2008 - to have such a high lama amongst his students is a very great blessing indeed. It is rare to have a Lama that can bring himself down to the students' level and teach.

Nov 18, 2008 - supporting the monks and providing them with necessities is a very rare oppotunity that only a few can achieve, because it is hard to get the resources and also to gain access to the area where they are. Giving to monks will give you a feeling of fulfilment that will help you get through the hard times. kecharahouse(dot)com

Nov 18, 2008 - to see how much effort and work Rinpoche's students have put into achieving Rinpoche's goals is really inspiring. I wish I could be in the video too, with all the high Lamas and all the glorious Buddhas there!!

Nov 18, 2008 - We can have all kinds of entertainments and distractions for ourselves, but they dont really mean anything in the end so spiritual practice will help fill that void...this video is so apt and inspiring...now I feel I have a purpose in life...
redseb86 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - they work so hard and they're so devoted is all because of the Lama's kindness in pushing them to go all the way and spending time with them and giving them advice to go further...

Nov 18, 2008 - I agree...there's so many videos that are so enlightening that features Tsem Rinpoche on the net. I wish Rinpoche would feature more videos as it will benefit many people!!
marinkun99 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - I agree to that. I have been quite depressed all this while until I decided to donate and interact with the Kechara House people. Someone called Loh Seng Piow responded and gave a very good explaination of where the money went: which is to the monastery in the video. That made me feel meaningful as the money was used to support so many monks...

Nov 18, 2008 - To all seekers of pure lineage and a qualified Lama - this organisation called Kechara House seems to have it all and more right here on our Malaysian soil.Besides regular dharma classes for adults and children, they even organise Tibetan style debates to train people in logic and quick wisdom.I heard its happening every sunday in their centre at Sunwaymas Commercial centre.
marinkun99 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Debate sessions are quite rare in Malaysia as not much people are able to logic. If the videos were posted in youtube..it would be fun :p

Nov 18, 2008 - 一个充满灵气的地方!!
marinkun99 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - thats because he's a high lama and still is.
redseb86 Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - The debate sessions would be super inspirational to everyone who is practicing Buddhism!! Please post them! I wanna see how they use logic to learn about the Buddha's teachings!
teliael Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - A lot of the Buddha's teachings are based on logic, so it is only natural that it should be analyzed in the same way: that is through debate. This is what it's meant by examining the teachings, not doing it based entirely on our own views and preceptions.
teliael Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - It's really nice to know that!! I'm gonna donate too and see what happens...been suffering from bipolar since a few years back. I wanna see if it helps :p
teliael Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - lets hope that the internal restructuring doesnt take long because the longer it takes more people will miss out...but in the meantime there's always neonlama(dot)com..

susanveritas Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - I think that Dharma debate is unique to H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche's centre as the rigorous training in logic is the hallmark of Gaden Monastery and Kechara House is it's extension.

Nov 18, 2008 - HE Tsem Tulku Rinpoche comes from Ganden Shartse Monastery, which was established by Lama Tsongkhapa himself. Because of this, Kechara House, his organization is considered as an extension of the monastery itself. To support the organization, please visit kecharahouse(dot)com or their online store, kechara(dot)com. all proceeds will go towards sustaining the organization and its various departments.
