Nov 18, 2008 - alot of people complain that when there mini is new that it chops alot of paint, this is due to the spring being to strong, so u have to weaken the spring or get the NDZ spring kit that has weaker springs, this was not the case with my mini, it shot fine outta the box, i been through about 5-6 cases now with no chops, so the spring thing is just something you do if your mini is chopping alot new.

Nov 18, 2008 - No its just that the gun is a tourny gun, why would u take this thing to scenario????? plus effective range just comes from fps, and max is 300fps. so all guns (if they can hit that, which most can unless broken) have the same "effective range"
