This doesn't mean that only homosexuals get infected, or certainly not even that they are the largest group of new infections. Nov 18, 2008 - .I read somewhere that none of Rocks' so called partners got aids through him and even if he did engage in homosexual acts, it was also possible he contracted aids through his blood transfusions during his heart surgery. This was before blood was tested for the virus and before anyone really understood anything about this illness. It seems to me that this should be considered too instead of painting Rock completely black because of his lifestyle. He wasn't blameless but such hate isn't right.
