The Police were removing him for disorderly conduct when Kerry asked that he be allowed to ask a question. NOT to allow him to ignore forum rules. NOT for the Police to forget his disorderly conduct.

What he did was show up to the public forum with an agenda to make a scene and when he actively resisted those officers were more than justified using the taser. He clearly had an agenda to disrupt the talk and be the star of the show. Freedom of speech does not extend to, say, standing up in a movie theater and loudly expressing your dislike of the dialogue or camerawork while others are trying to watch the film.
