Jul 26, 2008 - Total bs. You will never see a woman (or man) with really muscular legs who is fat. Muscle is the natural enemy of bodyfat, as muscle mass raises the metabolism an helps to mobilize fat stores. Exercises that focus on the glutes, quads and hamstrings are some of the best fat-loss tools around. I've trained women who could never lose that last 15 pounds with endless cardio, and when I forced them to squat heavy the fat just melted off. Creates those gorgeous curves, too.

And that 1% will blow any "proven fitness strategy" right out of the water. And I have seen a fat guy with VERY muscular legs. great legs and a round fat tummy. Never say never radio, it could save your career.
