Nov 18, 2008 - You should first try to mix the dry ingredients then add it to the wet. Prevents dry streaking.

Nov 18, 2008 - Made this recipe today, tastes wonderful with the Kahlua. I didn't have pastry flour so googled it and found I could substitute regular flour and 1 tsp lemon juice per cup of flour (so 2 tsp). Definitely let it cool, as you said, before cutting, prevents crumbling. This is a keeper recipe, thanks !!!

Nov 18, 2008 - I was actually looking for some anise biscotti recipes when I stumbled across your vid. I have made chocolate chip walnut biscotti with expresso instead of Kahlua, but I'm sure your mom's recipe is just as awesome-if not better. I find it interesting that you didn't bother shaping the dough into logs. Why didn't I think of that?! :P Thanks for sharing!
