Such a fund would mean Americans would pay much, much less for disasters. All Americans pay for it now without realizing it. Ask your fav Presidential Candidate for '08 what his or her intentions are for Natl Cat Fund. (Most will not answer this question so far). Check out who is financing their campaigns.
