Nov 18, 2008 - just enable the wanted level cheat and the cops will not chase you anymore and you must go to a place that there are many peds walking like the red light district!

Nov 18, 2008 - For the 4th car, or the one were u have to run people over, u can also do drive by shootings on car,(the firetruck) This way it goes a lot faster, when they explode(don't be to close) u have the bar full after less then two cars!!

Nov 18, 2008 - maybe you didn't whack them completely.Make sure when you run over them they get killed.What I've seen is the bar rises by a huge amount if you get one wanted level and if you were able to shake the cops.This can be done by killing some 4 or 5 people getting one wanted level and shifting to another area,like from Harwood to St.Marks. Personally I hate this mission as I'm stuck in level 5 as the bastards constantly keep on saying "I like the car but not its color" and I don't have enough time.

Nov 18, 2008 - No you dont have to do them all at once. If you stop doing the missions and save your game back at your hideout (on the PS2) you will not have to redo the the levels you have completed.
