Impeachment is an essential check on the Executive branch to assure balance. It is authorized by the Constitution. It is REQUIRED to be used in event of an abusive president. His intrusive interrogation is justified by yoo's not answering precise questions, because it would reveal a lot about the president's powers. As conyers said, they're playing a game there.
