Nov 18, 2008 - No they arent doing it on purpose. The RTA (Road and Traffic Authority) here in Dubai has a bad habit of putting new speed bumps and then not putting signs to warn people. I hit a new one on a road I drive every day doing about 140. My rear view mirror broke off and my rear bumper snapped. Its an M3, so kinda sucked.
