http://www.fungifun.orgMy longest time lapse so far. 1661 images were photographed over a time period of 5 days, 18 hours and 25 minutes. A Canon PowerShot G3 digital camera connected to a computer was programmed to take one shot every 5 minutes. Processing was done with Photoshop and VirtualDub. The substrate was rye, the casing consisted of peat moss, vermiculite and crushed limestone.

Nov 18, 2008 - i hope somone can help me.....i have cultivated marijuana for years and am relativly smart,BUT i have failed twice at cultivateing mushrooms...i have fully colonized jars sitting infront of me right now and have sucessfully innoculated eveyone one of them, its just the fruiting that pisses me off, i keep them humid, i dunk them for one night before i fruit them, but mushrooms never seem to grow and i have done everything PERFECTLY, im fuckin puzzled, do i need more patients? WHATS WRONG?!

Nov 18, 2008 - From what I have learned and understand, you are doing it right but make sure there are air holes in your fruiting chamber and maybe even take the lid off for a few hours per day, the temp should be 60-70 degrees F and 85% humidity. Use a heat pad under you fruit chamber if necessary. It should take 3-5 weeks to start pinning then BOOM! 5-8 days to full fruit. Pick em and re-hidrate for 2nd flushing.
