This is a song originally sung by a contemporary Germain/Hawaiian artist (Robi Kahakalau) I loved listening to when I was still living in Hawaii.*Note that I changed the words from "We Hawaiians" to "the Hawaiians", for although I was born & raised there, I have no actual Hawaiian blood in me . . .Aloha & much Mahalo for listening.

Nov 18, 2008 - Very lovely, both your voices blend quite well. Has the artist put out any albums?

TiniaLanie Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Yes! Robi Kahakalau has a few out - also known in the islands as "Sistah Robi". I loved her choices of songs and the feel of her hawaiian songs too. (I don't know though, she might not compose her own music!)
