Nov 18, 2008 - I know right?! After reading the book FIVE times and seeing the play TWICE I really can't look at it the same. I do have to say though, this Elphaba is close to the book Elphaba in her almost "insanity," because Elphaba isn't sleeping at the end and she's fraying fast. Same in the play when she's at the end before "For Good."

Nov 18, 2008 - omg, im going to see that play, rite now im reading the book, but i know the jift of the story, and i cant watch it the same way agin either. i feel sso bad for elphie i still havnt gotten to the death part yet so dont tell me but yea it really changes your view on the movie. also i like the movie Tin Man but thta dosent have much to do with wicked its more of a modern wizard of oz
