Nov 18, 2008 - I think horse racing has as many accidents and deaths as any other animal sport. It's only humane when a jockey is so stupid to hurt his or her horse on purpose. Now filly racing is what i'm most against. Like the incident with EightBells and BigBrown. She pushed herself too hard against a male and they're naturaly stronger so that's why she got hurt. It's like going through a brick wall. In someways it's possible but it sure will hurt like hell.

Nov 18, 2008 - That part is totally true. Females are increadible. The only problem in all the horses is their spirit. It's not a bad thing but when they are determined and when they will stop at nothing to try. That's one of the beauties and sadly one of the flaws of horses.
