krambambulimille Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - I agree 100% to what he says. Thanks for everything Michael, may you rest in peace.

rationalCrash Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Through interaction with some of my uber-liberal friends; I've come to realize that what michael says is essentially true. Many people have made environmentalism a religion just as nutty as all the other religions out there.

SMGsez Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - He's right. And also I think the "Green movement" is another religion touted to distract intellectuals (in search of meaning and purpose) from what's going on politically. If the intellectuals stopped going to starbucks to read the latest issue of magazines that reinforce their currently held beliefs, they would be a political force that would threaten the existing ruling structure.

akillies Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - now that hes gone while will warn us about all the stupid things us humans might do in the future

ratholin Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - The whole green movement is a religion lead by rockstars with huge corporate buy in. Not that we aughtn't be more earth friendly and responsible but when Al Gore sells carbon vouchers like Pope Innocent sold indulgences. When the common sheep say green mindlessly with aproval like their grandparents said red mindlessly in disaproval you know something is going to go terribly stupidly hideously wrong. You wouldn't let religion create a prescription drug why let it lose on the world's ills?

UltDm Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - I love this author, he's simply great, enough said.

Samantha1682004 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Great mind, great man, fine writer. I'm really saddened by his premature death. Funny how most of his novels became Hollywood blockbusters, yet State of Fear will never be made into a movie, despite having all the elements of a rollicking ride.

shanejoxernolan1987 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - R.I.P micheal although I may not have seen eye to eye with you on some polictical issues issues still the world has still lost a great mind and a talented writer.

MissScarlett27 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Michael Crichton, you are an amazing man. I will always think of you as a most inspirational thinker. Everyone should read his book 'Travels' for a better insight into the greatness and complexity of his person.

Ansegranus Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - I believe Mr. Crichton may have been murdered for his stance on this issue. Al Gore and the Rothschild crowd are determined to make 'global warming' a sort of religion.Well, to them I say: FUCK YOU AND FUCK YOUR RELIGION

Roipoisson Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Anthropogenic Global Warming is the most dangerous fraud of our time. It is based on dogmatic interpretation of often incomplete data.My old geography professor, the late Dr John Coffman, often remarked that a single volcanic eruption spews more particulate matter into the upper atmosphere than has Man since the discovery of fire.Climate change is cyclical. Ample evidence exists that it has occurred before, and that current conditions are neither unique nor particularly noteworthy.

EscapeHatchery Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Ansegranus:Amen!
