Nov 18, 2008 - I´ve been on the raw diet for a few months, but I eat cooked, and some pastry too. I love raw food! These days when I have cravings I crave freshly juiced fruits and veggies, which I get from a place called Real Food where I live. I don´t know how people can eat so much unhealthy stuff, as you say. It´s ok for a while, but ultimately I think raw food is one of the more natural ways to eat. I can´t wait for the update! I love how you say that now you´ll always look good in a bikini!

Nov 18, 2008 - Hi Elle! Congrats on your healthy new choices in life! I'm sure you will continue to look and feel fantastic with each passing day of Raw Wonder. lol, I know that was cheesy, and, hey, remember that 'diet' is merely a word to describe our food intake and patterns, not a bad thing at all. Unfortunately, our society has manipulated that word to mean weight loss method, but what can you do about society other than swim against the current? peace, blessings and health to you.

Nov 18, 2008 - A great point with making choice but not restricting, cause an eating disorder comes with a deprivation xxx

Nov 18, 2008 - I totally agree with the whole "American normal" diet being shit. If "normal" has to be fried chicken and burgers from McDonald's that may not even be 100% real, than I'll pass.

Nov 18, 2008 - I suggest you go and help in Burma or hunger-ridden countries love. Know your limits in food fascism!

Nov 18, 2008 - I was doing that whole caffeine thing too when I was depressed. I swelled out and retained water. I respond the best to raw or all natural unprocessed food. You remind me of monroemisfitmakeup on here.blessings.

Nov 18, 2008 - Hey Elle, I really like watching your videos and I relate to almost everything you say. Maybe the low energy could be to do with iron deficiency? Also - I have a lot of the same "symptoms" (gotta love the quotes!) as you... Ayurvedic medicine really helped me, you should check it out - you can find out what "type" you are and from there you can see what foods are good/bad etc...good luck with everything, I wish you all the best.

Nov 18, 2008 - Eating unhealthy things like pizza, and that's a fact, won't help any hungry child in Burma or anywhere. In fact, many of the unhealthy fast foods that you can get so cheap, are a result of people being poor and hungry in other places. I suggest you get your facts straight.
leonescu Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - oh please!!! pizza unhealthy!!!! you know the 'raw food phenomenom' is only a fad and in these days and age, eating healthily doesnt mean spending extortionate amount of money on a few beans and cheese that just doesnt taste of cheese!!! i suggest you go to Burma yourself, see how you survive on your attention seeking stupid diet
LittleBlueBird Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - Haha, eating healthy isn't a diet. Ok if you go for certain diet products, they may have chemicals in them etc, but that's not what I was talking about. And it just so happens that I visit the slums in Romania on a regular basis, and help out there. Trust me YOU have NO idea. Hungry people don't want our nasty fast food, they are willing to die for fresh fruits and vegetables. They are most likely to vomit if you give them stuff like pizza which is full with chemicals as well btw. You fool.
leonescu Says:
Nov 18, 2008 - eating fruits and vegetables is primordial, I DO NOT DISPUTE THAT!!! the whole snobbism surrending raw food IS THE PROBLEM. Watch a few documentaries on youtube (raw food junkies is my favourite in terms of showing morons with more money than sense) outrageous.

Nov 18, 2008 - i think my colon would love me if i started eating more raw... lol. i don't get how people can eat like they do in america. every time i eat fast food (not very often) i feel like sleeping for like a month afterwards. it slows me down so much, and my digestive system SCREAMS at me.
