He works at (or owns, I'm still not sure) a resturant, playing piano there on occasion, and also makes a living off of a tourist attraction sort of deal in the resturant's basement where people come to play him in poker because he's never been beaten, as well as because the basement used to be a mafia hideout. He ooks more gangster to me though but I like his beanie and badge hahaha.
