Nov 18, 2008 - I was about 6 KLM from Sibu this September near the mountains when myself and a friend watched two objects like these fly over our location.Lanterns are made from Bamboo and paper they tend to only last around 15 mins before burning up and the debris floats down. But I must say Sibu is such a great city and everyone should go to see it mind you Romania is just stunning.
