Nov 18, 2008 - Sure it's just an altered sound version of the real video which means it is technically "fake," but it definitely helps us for those of us who are practicing this song and can't set our guitar to baritone tuning for whatever reason we have. (Ex. Tuning laziness, guitar can't handle baritone and sounds bad, etc.) Instead of going around posting negative comments how this is "fake," instead think about how this helps us guitar players. Video poster I am grateful you posted this. It helps me a lot!

Nov 18, 2008 - Such a nice sound with the reverb. I think the buzz gives it a great sound for the song.

Nov 18, 2008 - can anyone link me to the tabs? for this song...

just6822 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Luckily, there are none.

splitspades Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Wait how does this help us? And what is a baritone?

lip333 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - the original tuning for this song is actually the same as the standard tuning ( EADGBE )but lower. but only the baritone guitar can handle this low tuning...

garchetto Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - a baritone is a guitar that is prepared for lower tunings, because it has bigger strings.

ailtonvalentin Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Mágnifico!!!

cephalic Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - A baritone also has a larger scale, usually around 27inch as opposed to a normal guitar that is usually 25.5 inch. It's like in between a bass and a guitar. That's why the larger strings are needed.

garchetto Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - that is right

Nov 18, 2008 - Did you edit the pitch of the sound in this video? I wish to play this song so bad.

splitspades Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - The answer is always no unless you trade

Nov 18, 2008 - this is incredibly sick- best acoustic presentation i heard in a while! can anybody answer me a question? i am borrowing a baritone acoustic guitar. how do i tune it? what do i tune it to? when i do standard guitar tuning it breaks the string.

mwahaha91 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - If you have a baritone play the one in the ORIGINAL video. The tuning is BEADF#B

LassieRF Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - My Ibanez AW 85 manages it.

raykno Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - how can i buy a baritone guitar? i just have to get into a shop and ask for a baritone guitar?

vanillabeanduck Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - that would be a good start...research online so you know what you're buying of course

chay0u3u0 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - whoA!!!!! this is HOT!!!

ehsanul Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - @darkbolto tap with your left hand, just bring ur fingers down to fret the strings hard, at a decent speed.. and it'll work.. eventually.. practice makes perfect

Rael0505 Says:

Nov 18, 2008 - Alternatively, you could simply have a regular steel string guitar readjusted for the lower baritone tuning (you'd have to file the file the nut so the spaces are thicker for the thicker strings). Baritone guitars are supposed to be expensive.

Nov 18, 2008 - Andy, I want your babies. LOL
