Oct 12, 2008 - What you have to understand is that cops can not play by the same rules as a civilian. If cops where never allowed to defend themselves then many of htem would die, and the ones that didn't would be in prisson. There would be no law at all. The force they used was necassary to prevent him from hurting them or anyone else. The ammount he was tasered should not have killed him, the fact that it did i think is an oddity, a traggic one, but one non the less.
