If people wanted believable, they should go watch a film NOT about mutants with fantastic powers....In a world of Wolverine, Storm and Cyclops... characters like Sinister and Apocalypse aren't too far-fetched.

Sinister I can see working in the movie as "grounded" in reality as Singer's two X-Men Films (his real name was mentioned in X2), but they would have to do a great deal to make Apocalypse work (though they could just take a cue from ULTIMATE X-MEN where both characters). That's all I was saying, dude.

Jul 7, 2008 - Wow I didn't know that. Bad choice for Singer---Superman Returns was not good. He could have created a masterpiece with X Men. He does such a good job with the whole "different is heroic" theme. Bad job with the "defensive detachment, you left me now I don't need you daddy" type superman theme.
