Some of these individuals are probably hard criminals yet they have been brought into a discipline where community and the timing and responsibility for eachother is now important..The symbolism is harmony... Whether these results were obtainede under pressure is irrelevant..The result is harmony...Great Job!! A testement of what can be done when someone cares enough to bring about a cohesive unity!!

Oct 8, 2008 - Torture is when you deprive somebody of good food, clean wear, clean and peaceful environment and chop off their balls for no reason.... As with all U.S. Jails... They are segregated according to race, hence gang violence can never be stopped... The CPDRC solution is not in any way torture to the eyes of any Filipino... Any bright ideas to resolve your gang riots and repeat offenders in your jails?
