Nov 18, 2008 - guitarhero0804 i can prove you wrong cause bands like Iron Maiden,Judas Priest,Dio etc where playing in packed stadiums in the 80's.Let's not forget that among other venues Iron Maiden filled Long Beach arena with 52.000 metalheads each night for 4 nights in a row in 1985.I agree with your opinion but i assume that probably the venues were more packed than nowadays.I mean if metal bands did not play in big stadiums Motley Crue wouldn't reunite along with other metal bands.
