Most likely a problem due to using surplus M2 ammo instead of the sniper stuff that has closer tolerances. But of course, if you pull the video that has the beginning of this sequence you see this guy say that a 7.62x39 round is a .308 and that it takes 12 to 15 seconds to cycle the bolt on a typical sniper rifle. Geez...
