Because it simply cannot compete with the MP7 when it comes to reliability. ;)Its horizontal mounted feeding system which makes it store so much rounds in such a small weapon belongs to the most dirt sensitive ,complex and therefore jam likely systems ever invented.It works fine... unless it gets in contact with water, dust , sand or lacks constant greasing.
