Jul 26, 2008 - You get the broom from the Halloween event last year (2007). Jack-o-lantern spawns at the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard after you light a candle on his grave. Defeat him and he randomly drops riding or flying broom along with other epic items. The brooms last for like a month of playing time I think.
