May 14, 2008 - eh what error?
lonewolfsiddownsyou Says:
May 14, 2008 - it is supposed to be found in nature. Founded means it was established in nature. However, it is discovered in nature.
cmegens Says:
May 14, 2008 - Well I guess you misunderstood our statement then... Yes the golden ratio is discovered in nature, but our statement is that is is also established by nature. The golden ratio comes from the way things grow in nature, and thus naturally found its way into design and all the other fields... Maybe you misunderstood this from the video, or maybe you disagree with us. But that's why we make the statement. It's food for thought...

May 14, 2008 - That's a good point, but it still is bad grammar, even when saying it like that... Interesting video by the way.

May 14, 2008 - I would like to know as well.

May 14, 2008 - I found it. It's called Talisman, and it's by Air.

May 14, 2008 - Excellent!

May 14, 2008 - semantics.... 'found' is what they meant/ relax... PHI is also evidence that there really is an intelligence behind earth's design because it's in EVERYthing that occurs naturally, including our own bodies
2terence2jones Says:
May 14, 2008 - well done.
2terence2jones Says:
May 14, 2008 - if you mean the golden ratio is established by nature then it should be "the golden ratio is FOUNDED BY nature". if you mean the golden ratio is discovered in nature, then it should be "the golden ratio is FOUND IN nature".
lonewolfsiddownsyou Says:
May 14, 2008 - that's what I meant anyway it is a good video
2terence2jones Says:
May 14, 2008 - but there's one more thing i don't understand. what does the chair at 00:18 mean? what does it have to do with phi?

May 14, 2008 - great video
Kindred1a1 Says:
May 14, 2008 - Chair, iPod and Beetle are all constructed using the golden Ratio. Read "Geometry of Design" it takes examples such as these and shows the golden ratio applied
missyloulawless Says:
May 14, 2008 - Great vid! we should remember that it's always been there in nature. Nature came first, the numbers came after!
LoricaLady Says:
May 14, 2008 - Thanks for this interesting video on Intelligent Design. And blessings! :-)
magicalinteraction Says:
May 14, 2008 - It's nice that you like the video but I'd like to stress here that the video does not advocate the theory of Intelligent Design. The key message in the video is that Phi is the result of nature's strive towards efficient distribution of space in a process of growth. This is coherent with the evolution scenario.
