Oct 7, 2008 - post the link? I don't know what you mean. Are you talking about the two recordings he made with Jim Hall, or the Bill Evans Fake Book. And how do you post a link?

DMjar Says:

Oct 7, 2008 - I meant the web address. I assume you can order it online? And I was referring to the Bill Evans Fake B. J

Oct 7, 2008 - i could email you that book in pdf if you want :) i have it on my computer.

minor7b5b9 Says:

Oct 7, 2008 - I received the book on a CD-Rom from a fellow jazz musician with whom I did a gig about 2 yrs. ago in Amsterdam. It also included about a dozen other fake books & is in pdf form. I notice livingdoll has offered to email it to you, but if you want the book itself & can't find it, I suggest you try my good friend Jamey Aebersold.

Oct 7, 2008 - ballads are my favorite to play... I play jazz piano, but I can't even say I aspire playing with such feeling. for any jazz pianists, this song really isn't tough to play well enough to be really pretty.

Oct 7, 2008 - Im a novice with jazz but already own bill evans, everybody digs bill evans and waltz with debbie but prefer the first album wich is slower and more moody. The slow moody stuff i like. I also have four miles davies albums and particly like kind of blue. Jazz for me is a personal thing and nobody else i know is interested so i have nobody to point me in the right direction and give names of classic albums to help me. Remember slow and moody i also like starless and bibleblack by stan tracy.THANKS

Oct 7, 2008 - Si profond, si inspiré.... musique délicate et raffinée...Du grand art !

holzy4565 Says:

Oct 7, 2008 - this bill evans' video is the perfect example of how a pianist should play. you don't need to make your piano playing look fancy, all you have to is put your head facing down, close your eyes, and let the music come from you.

Oct 7, 2008 - ...and the Spirit brooding\hovering over the face of the earth, - the Spirit said let there be Bill Evans... w/ that - wealth was added... He appeared for a season, gifted in elegant brooding fashion - distinct & divine... His season was short, but BE's divine gifted legacy lives on... and we are better for his coming!Thank you Jane8948 for sharing. This, my heart raptures \O/ 1JimP
