Now it's true they are prepared differently, classy, and in smaller portions, but in the end, it's all in the mind of the person forking over the dough. The point is, the difference between a $15 steak and a $45 steak from a "fancy" restaurant is merely $30. It's all psychological. If you are fed the same meat, one can be "average", while the other is seen as "exquisite" simply because you were TOLD it is better. It's suggestion.
