How does Google identify drive, passion, creativity or potential of an individual based on a resume? Based on a numerous videos, that is what google looks for-right? I have all the credential but I have yet to receive a generic acknowledgment of resume submission. Thank you google-- thank you :)

Jul 7, 2008 - When you think about the enormous ammount of resumes that Google recieves per day - which by the way is 1300 on average - it's not surprising that they would reject one without a decent university on the resume.I understand that yes, it is a shame that people who are just as capable do not receive proper recognition, but if the jobs of todays are locked doors, and the companies aren't home, the only way you'll get it is with a key - which is a university degree.
