Jul 7, 2008 - Speaking as someone who was anorexic for 9 years, and has been in recovery for 5 years, your stomach will reject food that it is not used to. Personally my body refuses to digest oily foods like cheese or chips, and I get severely ill when I eat them. Mentally I am okay with eating them, but my body just cannot handle it, even though I am nearly at a normal weight now.
