I was taught to say "aaw" instead of "aab" and I use the word "naan" to refer to food in general instead of using the formal "ghizah". As for NoorTV, I think they should do a better job of getting real Afghans to go on the show (more Hazaras, Uzbeks, etc.) rather than the white Afghans. The idea of Afghan beauty is extremely distorted.
