Jul 7, 2008 - I would agree that Pearl Jam was by far better then Nirvana. They have managed to make some powerful great music. One of the top 2 bands of the 90's. Nirvana was immortalized by a suicide. Pearl Jam has managed to say around and make great music, in a time where no one likes good music. Longevity cannot be overlooked. Nirvana was ok, but the media made them way more then what they were or ever will be.

Jul 7, 2008 - I think Vedder's voice is a lot better than Kurt Cobain's was. Vedder's vboice is almost hypnotizing. Hope they keep pumping out some good music

Jul 7, 2008 - When I saw this, 16 years ago now, I GOT it immediately. I was the most hated person in my backwoods Texas school. Geek before my time. Whatever. Under different circumstances, this could've been me. It's a stark testament of what it does to a person when they face abuse from from all sides and nowhere to escape. I'll take the scars to my grave. It does matter and we need to snap to that fact before more school violence happens.
Stasven Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - I'm claiming this as my theme song. Not only do I share a similar past, but it was made in the year of my birth.
