Episode 3:Everyone is having a good time at a carnival, everyone except Occy who is excluded from everything. He finds a love interest in a fishing lure in the guise of a girl octopus. This relationship takes a dangerous turn when a swordfish follows it along with Occy all over Snorkland. The Governor blames Occy for causing this whole mess and banishes him to the Great Beyond.
