Jul 26, 2008 - u have to realize that these guys put themselves through rigorous training every single day and multiple times a day. they most likely also take muscle building supplements because building a body like that naturally would take forever. and no im not talking about steroids im talking about real/legal supplements to enhance muscle growth.

Jul 26, 2008 - Well one, you shouldn't take protein at such a young age, but that's my opinion. Two, these guys have been training for years and earned these bodies, so it's going to take some time. Three, you're 15 dude, there's something called muscle maturity, even if you can lift a ton, you're never going to have these results at that young age. Even if you took steriods or HGH or whatever else. Just eat right and work out, and remember FORM IS EVERYTHING!
