Oct 7, 2008 - I don't know many white British academics from Nigeria, but had you been a British academic in the 1960s who produced "folk blues' programmes you probably would have made the same faux pas as the cats who put Sonny Boy playing harp with Muddy on 'Mojo'. If you are a white British academic from Nigeria then maybe you should take offense at my statement. However, if you _aren't_ a white British academic from Nigeria, then I don't think you should get too hot & bothered by my statement! Funny! :)

"The Story of the Blues" is an excellent book with some incredible black & white photographs. Chicago breakdown is another great work. Great piece on train schedules going from Mississippi to Chicago. any trainspotters here?
