Oct 7, 2008 - Dick Tracy never did anything but a Cameo in the beginning and end of every Cartoon. He didn't do anything. Yes, it was racist (it was the 1960's)Go Go Gomez, Joe Jitsu, etc were all Hollywood Stereotypes of ethnic minorities. The cartoon was about as formulaic as Casper the Ghost.
