Ari Vatanen in the Peugeot 405 T16 climbing the pikes peak. Forget the name climb dance, it just sucks... and just skip the first minute, it has no sens. Just watch for the drifting.

Oct 7, 2008 - I don't no weather any of u no but this car only beat walter rohrl and the audi quattro from the year before by a second. They are both legendary cars, just to let u no this car was about 700-800bhp and midengined the audi was about 650-750bhp and front engined and the quattro still holds the record for the fastest front engined car to go up the pikes peak hill climb. awesome cars!!!

samiflyer Says:

Oct 7, 2008 - Know your facts misterFastest car ever up Pikes Peak is the Toyota Celica driven by Rod Millen in 1994. It also happens to be a front-engined car. His record has been standing for 13 years and in 17 days we will know if it will stand for another!

murthybruit Says:

Oct 7, 2008 - Wikipedia--> 2007: The overall fastest time on the mountain was achieved by Nobuhiro Tajima at 10:01.408. He was in a Suzuki XL7 Hill Climb Special while racing the Unlimited category. He beat the previous record set by Rod Millen set 13 years before in 1994 of 10:04.06. The Mini Sprint record was broken by Todd Cook. He ran 11:37.62 in his 2000 Wells TCE Coyote despite a spin on the way up, bettering his own record set in 2005.
