Jul 7, 2008 - obviously this test has been designed to highlight the Panda's strengths. There are various conditions (including on the road) where the RR would win hands down. Not only that it is a far more comfortable drive, far more powerful, far more toys etc etc. I own a range rover and would not trade it for a panda, no one in their right mind would. However, I have to say, I am very impressed with the little car - for v little money you are getting alot of value. Well done Fiat.

All you snobs who praise the range rover like it's god or something should consider the fact that it carries the same amount of people but does over double the MPG of the RR if not more, and probably emmits a third of the emmisions. The Panda is at least 5 times cheaper ! Besides, big cars are a sign of greed, not power. Remeber this! My Panda diesel does 78 MPG, diesel has hit £1.43 a litre is some places of the UK! Fiat are the greenest car manufacturere in Europe!
