Jul 26, 2008 - I guess thats somewhat true for mainstream hip-hop, m-flo is kind of the same though(like in teriyaki boyz) materialistic, mostly just about girls, not really socially conscious or lyrics that are very intuitive.But I'd agree with you about comparing japanese underground to american mainstream.The thing i think people like about mflo is hes got the stage presence and can work the crowd. I like his lives better than his recorded tracks.
