Jul 26, 2008 - Do Not Use RG 59 Coaxial Cables. That type of cable is for TV. Use low resistance cable like the cable that is used on ham Radio's. You need at least 40 to 50 ohm cable.

Jul 26, 2008 - for ubuntu linux use wifi radar to list the available signals and connect. it can be found in the synaptic package manager or you can enter in the terminal: sudo apt-get install wifi radar if you have the repository enabled. this app works wonders for me.
