Aug 21, 2008 - No it isn't. that is a mistake on my part. Shinsen Subs and Formula Sub(the original subbers) has posted the fact that FUNimation had sent them a Cease & Desist letter about the show. Many people(including me) took that as news that it was licensed. Later, Shinsen posted an update saying that the show was not licensed, but rather that a company requested them to uphold their wishes and stop the team from subbing the series.
