Oct 10, 2008 - I think it would be difficult to do anything wrong with a voice and talent like that.

Oct 10, 2008 - Hehehe! I like Judy Dench for the acting, but Sally sounds AWESOME!!!

Oct 10, 2008 - It took me a while to get used to her more "sung" version of this song rather than the more heavily acted ones by Judi Dench or Glenn Close. But I must say, she did act the part well and showed a lot less sadness and a lot more attempt to try to mask her heartbrokeness with an ironic smile, although you can see the disappointment in her eyes.I like her subtlety, five stars.

Oct 10, 2008 - Wish you'd included some of the scene leading up to the song--it really makes the song itself so much more powerful.......

Oct 10, 2008 - One of my favorite singers of all time performing in one of my favorite shows. I recorded this when it was on PBS, and the video (recently transferred to DVD) is one of my prize possessions. I was fortunate enough to see Miss Howes in a semi-staged production of "Where's Charley" at the Kennedy Center a few years back, and she was amazing then, as well.
