This is pretty obvious by the fact that we have welfare in a democracy, so most people must care about the welfare of others. As for the rest of the money, it either gets spent or put in the bank, which is just another way of getting someone else to spend it.

I myself spent three years on the dole before joinging the ADF, since then I have had a total change in perspective and am looking for further work at the moment in state govt. security work
