One thing I have seen many pole dancers do and I must admit that I am one of them too is that between spins and inverts there is very little transition around the pole even though there are so many to do. I guess we're just so busy thinking of our next move. So this is me just practicing my transitions and really exploring the pole without worrying about spins and inverts. O yeah I also decided to break in my new white boots.

Sep 7, 2008 - Well yes you are right the heels are for making us look pretty and have longer legs but the boots actually help some pole dancers to stick on the pole for longer if they have bad grip, the boots are a cheating aid as they are learning but of course are also work during performances for the great look too.
