It is a great way to clean your nose and nasal passages out after doing a really dirty or dusty job; or, to moisten up your sinuses in the winter when the air is so dry. I've washed chunks out of my head a couple of times after raking leaves . . . I know I used to get a sinus infections a few times a year, but I haven't had one since I got my nasal douche . . . almost 5 years ago.

When I first started and would tell people about it, they would say, "A WHAT???" And when I would tell them how to use it, they'd say, "You've GOT to be kidding." Glad to see many more people are using neti pots and having great results. Oh, don't use table salt. It contains too much iodine.
