Jul 7, 2008 - Well, it wasn't just Kobe that stopped Barbosa, it was all the help side defense. Because plenty of times Barbosa caught the ball and didn't even try to drive, he just passed it off. Plus his shooting wasn't soo good. If Kobe had been guarding him in the regular season and all the focus wasn't on Barbosa he would've been able to score.

Kobe is definately more skilled, but you gotta admitt Barbosa can do some crazy things with his speed and improving ball handling and shooting.

It's almost a travel whenever he does his crossover.Always seems like he's carrying the ball it makes me wanna scream when I see him dribble.It's worst than Iverson's crossover in terms of how much they carry the ball.Kobe is smooth with his dribbling though. Even when he does his spin move, his pivot is absolutely nailed to the ground...unlike Wade.
