May 14, 2008 - People seem to forget that Costa Rica has amazing medical services and medical schools. The reporter wants to make it seem like it's such a risk, but there are many great plastic surgeons in Costa Rica. Surgery is always a risk, though and it doesn't do miracles. Life is less expensive in Costa Rica therefore so is surgery.
