These XPV planes are the best inexpensive ready to fly planes i've ever seen. Once you learn how to fly them, they are great. The controls are touchy so you have to hit the left and right realy fast.. in bursts if you want to turn.

Sep 6, 2008 - oh actually I could have taken off really quick.. I just wanted to show people how fast it can go on the pavement. if you do FULL throttle against the wind, it'll take off in 2 seconds.. if it's with the wind, it'll take like 4 seconds.. either way, it'll take off quick. and to answer the first post, yes $59 is a good price only if it comes with the battery. Usually the batter is $30 and the plane is $50. Either way, once you learn how to fly it, it's well worth the money.

Sep 6, 2008 - check out my other video, it's a better one that shows how hight it'll go. Just do a search for bms77XPV Plane in action (extreme performance vehicle) that's the title of the other one. it's a much better demonstration.

Sep 6, 2008 - anything you wanna know about this, just ask me. I've went through about 4 of them in the past 2 years. They do take a little getting used to. I can pretty much fly them without crashing now. Just let me know

Sep 6, 2008 - that thing is so cool when i get my cash ill buy itBtw. is at big space like a sport terrain needed or doesnt it really matter how much space you haveAnd is it easy to break
bms77 Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - yeah you definitely going to want a pretty good size area.. Trust me. It is pretty tough to fly at first.. Definitely go to a park or something. No it doesn't break easy but nose dives will break it easy. Overtime, it will get scuffed up.. Your first one will prolly get pretty banged up in a few weeks. Just remember never HOLD down the left or right to turn.. only tap it one at a time.. right, right, right, right or left, left, left, left.. otherwise, it'll crash quick.

Sep 6, 2008 - I just picked up two of the XPV 2.0 shadow hawks for £40 for both brand new. I picked up a red and black, and a blue and black.I just put them on charge a couple of hours ago, as i'm hoping to fly them in the morning at some point with my brother..Result!
ecotts Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - Is that dollars? Thats about £70 each...damn, i got a real good result then..Half the price for twice the amount...RESULT!I still havent taken mine out yet, if i can get 6AA batteries i'll take it out in a bit

Sep 6, 2008 - Em.. Why does my XPV Plane always turns to the right on the ground when i didn't tab the right joystick ?
bms77 Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - 180bux? damn that's a LOT for this plane.. Where did you get it? you can get a REal nice one for that price.. seriousely
bms77 Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - mine did that after i crashed it a few times. It means the right motor is most likely broken and isn't putting out as much power
slammerbammer Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - Is there anything that i can do or smth ?
bms77 Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - well, if it's not doing it too hard you can put some weight on the LEFT wing so that it balances it out. That's what I did and it worked but it really depends on how hard it's doing that.. is it a HUGE difference? if not, then a little weight on the left wing will work perfectly.

Sep 6, 2008 - i crashed my wing so the motor is kinda brokeni never sussesfully fly a XPV plane for mroe then 5 secondsi suck =(
halo7982 Says:
Sep 6, 2008 - yeah, it's kinda tough.. I went through like 3 of them before I got it down. You should buy a regular plane.. like a slow-stick ..something with up and down rudders that flies a little slower.. those are perfect to learn on and they are fun too.. it's the way to go honestly.

Sep 6, 2008 - Why did it take so long to get off from gound?Just because you want to play with it on ground orBecause its hard to get off groundThough its cool it even takes of from ground as most r/c planes cant
